COMMENT ON THE POSSIBILITIES OF THE ZONE (in terms of infrastructure, ownership, location plan)

The zone was founded in the 2012 by the decision of the City Council of Čazma, parcelling was made in accordance with spatial planning documents, it has been submitted the request to the National office for the disposal of real estate for the transfer of land to the City of Čazma. The zone was established at the request of interested investor.

City of Čazma is located in the north western part of the Croatia in Bjelovar-Bilogora County. It is only 60 km away from Zagreb and 30 km from the center of the region - Bjelovar. From the highway Zagreb - Lipovac zone is distanced 19 km, from the railway line Zagreb-Belgrade 19 km. City of Čazma has a population of 9000 inhabitants, mostly in the 36 suburbs. Business zone South is located in the southern part of the City with access from Moslavačka street.
