COMMENT ON THE POSSIBILITIES OF THE ZONE (in terms of infrastructure, ownership, location plan)

Drafted and adopted Regional Plan. It is also near completion feasibility studies of Zone III of small and medium enterprises. Early next year will be made parcelling and will go on sale the first parcels. Part of the zone (approximately 7 hectares) will be provided for the tourism industry because it is located next to an existing pond that is planned to extend, second part of parcels will be provided for agricultural production (greenhouses, approx. 10-15ha) because from cogeneration plants that are being built in the Zone II will be favorable thermal energy, and the other part will be provided mainly for production purposes (approximately 14 plots of 20 to 25 ha).
The land is 100% owned by the City of Grubišno Polje.
Zone III is divided into two parts, the northern (area 12 ha), which leans north on the Zone I and II and western (area of 40 ha), which builds on the west zone II SME Grubisno Polje.

Zone III SME Grubisno Polje abuts on the Zone I and II and is 120 km from Zagreb, between Bjelovar (40 km), Virovitica (28 km), Daruvar (21 km) and Garesnica (25 km), to the county road Grubisno Polje - Veliki Grđevac - Bjelovar, only 1 km away from the national road linking the D5 motorway in Kutina (45 km) from Garešnica, Grubišno Polje, Virovitica and the Republic of Hungary (border crossing Terezino Polje 40 km away). Highway distance is 45 km (Kutina), and to the highway 70 km (Cugovec in Vrbovac), then to the railway station 28 km (Virovitica) and 40 km (Bjelovar), Airport 130 km (Zagreb-Pleso).
